For nearly 20 years, our founding attorney, Joy P. Robinson, P.C., has worked diligently to offer flexible and caring legal assistance to clients throughout the Largo & Upper Marlboro, Maryland, area. Before becoming a lawyer, Miss Robinson graduated from Stony Brook University in 1979. Upon completion of her undergraduate work, Attorney Robinson moved to the Washington, DC, area with her family, where she worked with disadvantaged youths, providing mentoring, tutoring and other social services.

While raising her son Michael and brother Dwayne, Joy attended Georgetown University Law School, receiving a law degree in 1988. She was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1990. Joy also started a Title Company while attending Law School and has been working in all aspects of real estate and title services.
